The Buffalo Stampede were defeated today by Lawton Fort-Sill 139-90 in Oklahoma City. The Stampede were led by Andy Robinson who had 26 points. Three other players were in double figures, Robert Sharpe and Corey Herring had 12 a piece and Charles Walker had 11. The Stampede had a tough day from two point range shooting only 40% while Lawton shot an amazing 70%.
Lawton was led by Rashad Wood with 25 points and 7 rebounds and Tim Ellis with 22 points and 6 boards.
The Buffalo Stampede will try to get back on the winning track on Sat. Feb. 27th when they play Rochester at the Blue Cross Arena. The next two home games are on Fri. March 12th against Puerto Rico and Sat. March 13th against Lawton Fort-Sill. All home games are played at the Canisius College Koessler Athletic Center.
